About The Role

We are seeking a driven and forward-thinking Mid-Market Account Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will partner with top-tier organizations and guide them in discovering the full potential of our Marketing AI solutions. You will act as a strategic advisor and product expert, consulting with VP and C-level decision-makers and delivering measurable value.

What You Will Do At Jasper

  • Drive sales and manage end-to-end sales cycles.
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations emphasizing value and ROI.
  • Develop targeted strategies for sourcing new pipeline opportunities.
  • Simplify technical discussions with IT and procurement stakeholders.
  • Develop ROI models linking product value to business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with SEs, VEs, Professional Services, and CS teams.

What You Will Bring To Jasper

  • 4+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with 2+ years in Mid-Market.
  • Proven track record meeting or exceeding quotas.
  • Experience in team selling, consultative approaches, and technical SaaS discussions.
  • Ability to create and present customized ROI models.
  • A passion for AI innovation and building long-term partnerships.

Compensation & Benefits

The expected OTE for this role is $200,000. Benefits include comprehensive health coverage, 401(k) matching, equity participation, flexible PTO, wellness programs, home office setup allowance, and a learning and development stipend.
