About The Role: Account Based Marketing Manager

Jasper is seeking a strategic and creative Account Based Marketing Manager to join its expanding marketing team. This fully remote role, open to candidates anywhere in the continental US, reports to the Director of Field Marketing. In this position, you will be instrumental in building and scaling the field marketing strategy for the Enterprise and Mid-Market teams. You will collaborate cross-functionally with sales and marketing to design and execute successful events and programs that drive pipeline and accelerate sales, working closely with these teams to understand their needs and develop engaging strategies for prospects and customers.

What You Will Do At Jasper

  • Develop and execute Jasper’s account-based marketing strategy, focusing on Top 100 customers and named accounts within Enterprise and Strategic segments. Ensure alignment with revenue priorities, active opportunities, and account growth goals.
  • Partner closely with Sales leadership, AEs, and account teams to prioritize opportunity landscapes and create coordinated account engagement plans supporting expansion and pipeline acceleration.
  • Design and orchestrate tiered ABM programs across 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many motions, tailoring personalization and investment based on account priority and business impact.
  • Develop highly personalized 1:1 engagement strategies for strategic accounts, including bespoke campaigns, executive experiences, and sales enablement programs.
  • Create scalable 1:few programs to cluster priority accounts through curated executive events, peer experiences, and targeted campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the Field Marketing team to ensure executive events, dinners, and curated experiences are strategically targeted to priority accounts and supported by pre- and post-event ABM engagement.
  • Support account progression and deal acceleration by developing programs that engage multiple stakeholders and buying groups at various sales cycle stages.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Demand Generation, Field Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Operations to align ABM programs with broader GTM initiatives and pipeline goals.
  • Build repeatable ABM playbooks and frameworks for account tiering, engagement planning, and program execution, scalable across segments, personas and industries.
  • Measure the impact and performance of ABM programs on account engagement, opportunity progression, and pipeline, partnering with Revenue Operations for reporting and insights.

What You Will Bring To Jasper

  • 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, specifically with account-based marketing and enterprise marketing programs.
  • Strong experience partnering cross-functionally with account executives and account managers to support pipeline creation and account expansion.
  • Proven ability to build and execute ABM campaigns across multiple channels, including events, digital programs, and personalized outreach.
  • Ability to translate account insights into highly targeted marketing programs and experiences.
  • Strong analytical mindset with proven ability to measure account engagement, pipeline impact, and program ROI.
  • Highly collaborative and comfortable working across Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple programs and priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Willingness to travel for key programs and executive events as needed.

Compensation, Benefits & Perks

The expected base salary range for this role is $140,000 - $165,000, with compensation varying based on experience, skills, and certifications. Jasper offers comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage starting on day one, a 401(k) with up to 2% company matching, and equity grant participation. Perks include Flexible PTO with an annual FlexExperience budget ($900), a FlexWellness program ($1,800 annually), a generous home office setup budget, and a $1,500 annual learning and development stipend. Additionally, 16 weeks of paid parental leave are provided.
