Japanese Language Trainer (N5–N4) – JWA KIHON Program

Japan With Adi (JWA) is seeking high-energy, impactful Japanese Language Trainers to join their flagship foundation program, JWA KIHON. This program focuses on building N5 and N4 level mastery with an emphasis on real-world conversational Japanese, fluency, and cultural understanding for students aiming to study, work, or live in Japan.

Role Overview

As a Japanese Language Trainer, you will be responsible for:

  • Teaching the complete JLPT N5 & N4 curriculum, including grammar, vocabulary, kanji, listening, and reading.
  • Conducting interactive, high-energy online classes with 18–20 students per batch.
  • Focusing on conversational Japanese and its real-life applications.
  • Managing multiple batches consistently and maintaining high quality.
  • Making the learning experience fun, engaging, and addictive for all students.
  • Regularly uploading class recordings.
  • Tracking attendance in Excel and submitting weekly reports.
  • Collaborating closely with the JWA academic team.
  • Representing JWA on YouTube, social media, and national platforms.
