About the role
Japanese Language Trainer (N5–N4) – JWA KIHON Program
Japan With Adi (JWA) is seeking high-energy, impactful Japanese Language Trainers to join their flagship foundation program, JWA KIHON. This program focuses on building N5 and N4 level mastery with an emphasis on real-world conversational Japanese, fluency, and cultural understanding for students aiming to study, work, or live in Japan.
Role Overview
As a Japanese Language Trainer, you will be responsible for:
- Teaching the complete JLPT N5 & N4 curriculum, including grammar, vocabulary, kanji, listening, and reading.
- Conducting interactive, high-energy online classes with 18–20 students per batch.
- Focusing on conversational Japanese and its real-life applications.
- Managing multiple batches consistently and maintaining high quality.
- Making the learning experience fun, engaging, and addictive for all students.
- Regularly uploading class recordings.
- Tracking attendance in Excel and submitting weekly reports.
- Collaborating closely with the JWA academic team.
- Representing JWA on YouTube, social media, and national platforms.
What We’re Looking For
We are NOT looking for traditional, textbook-only teachers. We want trainers who are energetic, engaging, confident, and impact-driven. The ideal candidate will:
- Make students enjoy learning Japanese.
- Possess strong conversational fluency in Japanese.
- Be fluent in English and Hindi.
- Be proficient in using Zoom, Google Meet, and other online tools.
- Effectively control and engage a classroom.
- Be disciplined, consistent, and result-oriented.
- Be comfortable appearing on social media platforms.
- Be open to feedback and adaptable to JWA's teaching systems.
Eligibility & Requirements
- JLPT N3 or above (mandatory).
- 2–3 years of Japanese teaching experience (online or offline).
- Must own a laptop and have a stable internet connection.
- Must be proficient in operating Zoom and online platforms.
- Must be able to handle recordings, attendance tracking, and reporting.
- Must be fully available (not employed full-time elsewhere).
- Must be dedicated during working hours (no casual leaves).
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
- Must be comfortable handling multiple batches simultaneously.
Compensation
- ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month (based on batches allotted).
