Your Opportunity
Team Leadership: Manage and develop a team of 5/6 finance professionals, set goals, conduct reviews, support career growth, allocate resources, and improve team processes for efficiency.
Strategic Financial Partnership: Advise executive stakeholders on financial strategy and decision-making, develop and track KPIs, and evaluate new initiatives via financial modelling and ROI analysis.
Financial Planning & Analysis: Lead budgeting and forecasting for Corporate and support functions, perform variance analysis, recommend corrective actions, and deliver executive-level financial reports and dashboards.
Cost Management & Efficiency: Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities, oversee cost allocation methodologies, and support process re-engineering.
Operational & Project Support: Provide financial oversight for major projects, collaborate with other finance teams, and ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations.

Must Have Skills
- Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA)
- 8-10 years of progressive finance experience with significant business partnering
- Experience managing a team of 3-5 finance professionals
- Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial reporting
- Strong financial modelling and analytical capabilities
Nice to Have Skills
- Asset Management experience
- Proficiency in Power BI
- Knowledge of Outsourced Back and Middle Office models in Asset Management
- Experience in Change Management
