Your Opportunity as a Client Technology Engineer

  • Join a global engineering team supporting client-side 3rd line technical support and change implementation.
  • Provide consultancy and training to technology teams and regional Service Desk support staff.
  • Manage desktop platforms, Active Directory environments, Intune, Endpoint Configuration Manager and Group Policy Management.
  • Engage in automation with PowerShell and manage Windows clients and modern browsers.
  • Participate in projects and transformational change programs adhering to security and change management best practices.
  • Occasionally work out of hours including bank holidays and weekends.

Must Have Skills

  • Experience in global enterprise environments and device hardening.
  • Proficiency with multi-forest Active Directory and Entra ID Connect.
  • Intune management including AutoPilot, Co-Management, and configuration profiles.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager and Group Policy Management.
  • Intermediate PowerShell skills for automation.
  • Experience with Windows clients, modern browsers, Microsoft 365 Apps and network troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of Certificates management and Copilot 365 adoption.

Nice to Have Skills

  • Intune management for macOS and iOS devices and advanced PowerShell skills.
  • Experience with PowerBI, MS Graph, Citrix XenApp, virtualization and client monitoring platforms.
  • Knowledge of Flexera Admin Studio and Microsoft Windows Installer authoring.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow and Agile practices.
