Your Opportunity as an Alternative Investments Operations Senior Analyst

• Support operational projects with minimum supervision.
• Collaborate with Operations Leadership on strategic enhancements.
• Oversee Middle Office services including portfolio support, trading operations, and client performance reporting.
• Design, develop, test, and implement new processes and system enhancements.
• Work across multiple teams (Portfolio Management, Technology, Compliance, Legal, Treasury, and Risk) to establish a consistent global operating model.
• Ensure compliance with internal and external guidelines and represent the team during regulatory audits.
• Develop and maintain operational policies and procedures with a focus on data integrity.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned.

Must Have Skills

• Proven experience managing investment operations in asset management or financial services, especially in hedge funds or alternative operations.
• Expertise in derivatives operations covering cleared and OTC derivatives.
• Strong reconciliation skills ensuring accuracy across transactions, positions, and cash balances.
• In-depth knowledge of securities reference data.
• Five to ten years of industry experience.
• Experience in data operations and quality practices.
• Familiarity with systems such as Aladdin, Arcesium, SQL, and Python.
