You will help us plan, organize, and execute our internship programs for both teams in our New York office.

Hiring the right people is one of the most important parts of our business. We have developed a dynamic recruitment strategy and engaging interview process to find and hire some of the best and brightest new talent from all corners of the world. But our campus recruitment efforts are growing fast, and we need additional strategic thinkers to help us stay ahead of the curve.

We are looking for someone who can deliver excellent day-to-day candidate management while also zooming out with members of Recruiting and teams across Jane Street to think about what we can be doing better, and where our recruiting efforts need to go next.

Our ability to get the little things right, stay responsive and helpful, and create connections with our candidates is what drives our recruiting success. You’ll need to be highly organized with excellent attention to detail and a roll-up-your-sleeves, no-job-too-small attitude.
