About The Role

This role offers significant influence, as you join a newly restructured insurance group composed of three collaborative teams. As a Software Developer - Insurance, you will shape technical direction, improve processes, and build scalable insurance and billing solutions.
Key Impact Areas
- Drive US market adoption with technical insurance and billing solutions.
- Write clean, maintainable code to support decoupling initiatives.
- Participate in fast-paced AI experimentation and beta feature development.
- Share insights and drive cross-team improvements in insurance processes.
- Deliver value consistently within two-week agile sprints.

Compensation & Benefits
This role offers an annual salary range of $98,400 to $147,600, with most new hires starting at $116,900. The compensation model rewards growth, with regular career development conversations and transparent pay practices. A comprehensive benefits package is also offered.
