Your Role in Our Journey

As a Customer Support Ops Tooling Expert, you will join our Customer Support Operations team to ensure that platforms such as Talkdesk and HelpScout run smoothly, efficiently, and align with our support goals. You will lead tooling improvements, enhance workflows, identify automation opportunities, and collaborate with CS Ops, Support leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Administer and optimize support tools.
  • Improve workflows through automation and smart integrations.
  • Collaborate with leadership to resolve pain points.
  • Utilize data-driven insights for system improvements.
  • Document changes and educate team members.

The Experience We Need

We require proven experience in administering support platforms such as Talkdesk, HelpScout, Zendesk, or similar. The ideal candidate is process-oriented with strong problem-solving skills, familiar with workflow design, process mapping, and automation tools. You should have experience using data to validate decisions and be an effective, clear communicator.

Compensation & Benefits

This role offers a competitive annual salary from $75,000 to $105,000, reflective of growth in the role. We provide a comprehensive benefits package and a flexible work environment that accommodates your personal life with remote work and supportive community channels.
