Job Overview

The Immigration Manager Germany is responsible for driving the coordination and provision of immigration services to corporate clients in Germany. This role focuses on developing the immigration service business, building strong client and supplier relationships, and growing team capabilities.

The Role

The Corporate Immigration Manager will be responsible for:

  • Providing professional, timely, and accurate migration advice on visa options and immigration compliance.
  • Supporting operational KPIs and financial management including client billing.
  • Becoming a policy expert and sharing knowledge within the Immigration team.
  • Advising both clients and internal teams on immigration services.
  • Assisting in RFP responses and business development activities such as client meetings and seminars.
  • Directing day-to-day activities of Immigration Consultants.

The Person

Successful candidates will have extensive knowledge of corporate immigration legislation, strong communication skills, commercial awareness, leadership capabilities, and a disciplined approach to decision-making and problem-solving. They must be detail-oriented, able to work under pressure, multi-task, and build strong relationships with peers and senior management.
