Jaeckle Distributors, a third generation, family-owned business established in 1958, offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic Customer Service Associate at their headquarters in Madison, WI.

Role Overview

Under the direction of the Customer Service Manager, you will handle inbound calls, assist with order placements, check stock and resolve issues. The role demands teamwork, great communication and a customer-focused attitude.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handling inbound customer calls
  • Assisting with order placements and stock enquiries
  • Resolving customer issues and following-up as needed
  • Making outbound calls for additional sales opportunities
  • Learning new product information regularly

Requirements

If you have a positive attitude, at least three consecutive years of customer service experience, call center background, strong computer and keyboard skills (45 wpm), and the ability to work in a fast paced team environment, this position might be a great fit. Enjoy working Monday through Friday with weekends off in a casual work environment.
