About the Role
At Jacoby & Meyers Accident & Injury Lawyers, the Case Manager plays a key role in interviewing new clients, scheduling appointments, collecting documentation, and ensuring strict compliance with appointment schedules. The role requires using the firm’s software (training provided), scanning and archiving documentation, and generating regular reports on assigned tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Interview new clients and set up appointments
- Collect evidence and document client cases
- Use firm software and scan case documents
- Generate weekly/monthly task reports
- Follow up with clients regarding scheduling and case updates
Requirements
The ideal candidate is highly organized, has strong follow-up and communication skills, and must have at least 1 year of stable work experience. An outgoing personality, ability to multitask, eagerness to learn, and aptitude to work under pressure are essential. Additional duties include scheduling medical treatments, assisting with vehicle repairs, and ensuring attention to detail.
