As a Project Administrative Assistant in Spartanburg, South Carolina, you will provide administrative and project support including coordination of deliverables, processing invoices, scheduling meetings, and managing calendars. You will also maintain databases, prepare reports, and craft PowerPoint presentations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate project deliverables and schedules.
- Process invoices and maintain calendars.
- Support databases and prepare reports.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Manage front desk operations and orientation documentation.
Requirements
An associate degree in business administration or equivalent experience with 8-10 years of administrative expertise.
- Advanced computer skills in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Excellent interpersonal and project coordination skills
- Bilingual in Spanish (preferred)
- Prior experience in greeting and checking-in large numbers of personnel
- Experience in fast-paced, dynamic environments

Salary Information
This position is hourly with a base salary range of $42,800.00 to $56,100.00, determined by work location, skills, and experience.
Work Arrangement
Onsite work at a Jacobs Workplace on a full-time basis.
