At Jacobs, we're challenging today to reinvent tomorrow by solving the world's most critical problems. This role as a Program Analyst Coordinator - Utilities is hybrid within the Greater SF Bay Area with occasional on-site support and local travel to Northern California.
Your Impact
Project Cost Coordination: Work with superintendents and supervisors to track project expenses, create work orders, validate costs, and execute cost transfers at a regional level. Oversee budget management and financial reporting by coordinating forecast updates, reporting financial status, and analyzing cost variances.
Project Forecast Coordination: Manage and coordinate the forecasting process with business operations, ensuring accuracy and alignment with key program stakeholders. Monitor and analyze forecast data to identify improvement areas.
Expense Tracking for Emergent/Corrective Projects: Assist in managing, tracking, and reporting emergent corrective projects. Coordinate expense requests, facilitate approvals, and liaise with key stakeholders to identify cost capitalization opportunities.

Qualifications
Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, excellent written and verbal communication, proven problem-solving skills, time management, teamwork, and a familiarity with project management methodologies. Relevant experience in project coordination or a similar field is required.
