Your Impact
The IT Enterprise Architect will lead enterprise architecture strategy and transformation initiatives across business, application, data, technology, and security domains. This role ensures alignment between IT capabilities and business objectives while driving digital transformation and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain enterprise architecture strategy, principles, standards, and governance frameworks.
- Create architecture roadmaps across business, application, data, infrastructure, and security domains.
- Partner with business and IT leadership to translate strategic objectives into actionable architecture solutions.
- Research emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions for competitive advantage.
- Provide architectural oversight for major technology initiatives ensuring compliance with standards.
- Establish architecture governance processes and conduct architecture reviews.
- Mentor and develop enterprise and solution architects, fostering a culture of excellence.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 10+ years of IT experience with at least 5 years in enterprise or solution architecture roles.
- Strong knowledge of architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern application architectures (microservices, APIs).
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into technology roadmaps.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in IT or Business Administration.
- TOGAF 9 Certified or equivalent.
- Cloud Architect certifications (AWS/Azure).
- Experience with enterprise applications (SAP, Salesforce, Oracle).
- Knowledge of Agile/DevOps methodologies and cybersecurity architecture.
- Familiarity with compliance standards (ISO 27000, SOC 2, GDPR).
