We are looking for a highly motivated Graduate Software & Data Analyst to join our dynamic team in Dubai. This is an ideal opportunity for Computer Science graduates with a strong foundation in software development, data analysis, and modern web technologies. You will play a crucial role in building data-driven applications, interactive dashboards, and intelligent solutions using cutting-edge tools and frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and process both structured and unstructured data to extract meaningful and actionable insights.
  • Design and develop interactive dashboards and comprehensive reports utilizing Power BI or other similar data visualization tools.
  • Build and maintain robust web-based applications or components using technologies such as React, JavaScript, and related frameworks.
  • Assist in the development of automation workflows and low-code applications leveraging the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
  • Apply fundamental AI/ML techniques, including data preprocessing, model training, and evaluation, for various analytics and automation use cases.
  • Collaborate effectively with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.
  • Ensure rigorous data accuracy, maintain high code quality standards, and provide proper documentation for all applications and processes.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a closely related field. Graduates from other disciplines with strong analytical and development skills are also encouraged to apply.
  • Solid understanding of core programming concepts, with proficiency in languages such as Python, JavaScript, or similar.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and develop simple applications or scripts.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, fostering a collaborative environment.
Good-to-Have Skills
  • Experience with Power BI and practical data visualization techniques.
  • Exposure to various Microsoft Power Platform components, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
  • Knowledge of database systems and data modeling principles.
  • Hands-on experience gained through academic projects, internships, or personal development projects.
  • Familiarity with APIs and fundamental integration concepts.
