Your Impact as a Graduate Engineer
As a Graduate Engineer at Jacobs, you will play a crucial role in supporting the design and delivery of various engineering projects, including Design & Engineering, Project Management Consulting, and Construction Supervision. You will work alongside experienced professionals, gaining invaluable hands-on experience.
- Assisting in preparing technical drawings, reports, and calculations.
- Collaborating with engineers from different disciplines to develop practical, sustainable solutions.
- Taking part in site activities, field inspections, design reviews, and team meetings to gain real project experience.
- Growing your personal and soft skills, technical skills, and career through mentorship and structured development opportunities.

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Environmental, Chemical, Instrumentation/Control/Automation).
- Fresh graduates from 2024 onwards are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates based in Dubai, Sharjah or Abu Dhabi are welcome to apply.
- Strong academic background with a genuine interest in engineering and problem-solving.
- Eagerness to learn, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work well in a team.
- Good communication and collaboration skills in a multidisciplinary environment.
