Role Overview: Temporary Event Manager
This hands-on, project-based role requires a professional who thrives in high-profile, fast-paced luxury environments. You will support the Event Producer in planning and executing large-scale events with precision and creativity.
Key Responsibilities
- Support planning, logistics, and event execution.
- Oversee budgets, timelines, and deliverables.
- Manage vendor and client communications.
- Coordinate presentations, documentation, and reporting.
- Supervise event set-up, floor planning, and execution.
- Act as the on-site representative for Genesis brand experiences.
- Build strong client relationships and offer consultative guidance.
- Ensure team alignment and smooth project flow.
Requirements
