Jack R Bowerman CPA Professional Corporation is seeking a highly organized and experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. This permanent, full-time position requires an individual with a Bachelor's degree and 5 years or more of administrative experience, or equivalent. You will play a crucial role in maintaining efficient office operations and supporting our accounting functions in a fast-paced environment.
You will be expected to work 37.5 to 44 hours per week, utilizing your strong communication and organizational skills to manage a diverse range of responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Motivate staff and foster a positive work environment.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and other materials efficiently.
- Establish and maintain effective office procedures and routines.
- Schedule and confirm appointments for team members and clients.
- Answer telephones, relay calls, and manage electronic inquiries promptly.
- Compile essential data, statistics, and various information reports.
- Order and maintain inventory of office supplies to ensure smooth operations.
- Greet visitors and direct them appropriately to contacts or service areas.
- Set up and diligently maintain both manual and computerized filing systems.
- Type and proofread a variety of correspondence, forms, and documents.
- Perform accurate and timely data entry tasks.
- Execute basic bookkeeping functions to support financial operations.
