Team and Role Overview

The Business Process Modernization team is composed of highly skilled and collaborative professionals. As a Business Process Analyst Intern Summer 2026, you will support process mining and automation initiatives, work with internal customer groups, and collaborate with expert team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet and collaborate with internal customer groups to define requirements.
• Establish system connections for data collection.
• Build process mining analysis models in Celonis.

What You Need to Have

• Pursuing a degree in relevant fields including Information Systems, Data Science, or Business Analytics.
• Basic understanding of Process Mining and Process Improvement methodologies.
• U.S. citizenship with no employment sponsorship needed.

What Would Be Nice to Have

• Exposure to Celonis, UIPath, Automation Anywhere, or related technologies.
• Experience with Microsoft O365 including Power Automate and network administration.

Internship Details

This is a full-time internship offering 40 hours per week at $25.00 per hour. The Summer 2026 Internship Program runs from June 1 through August 7, 2026, and can be performed remotely within a 70-mile radius of our hub locations including Springfield/Monett, MO; Allen, TX; Charlotte, NC; Louisville, KY; Cedar Falls, IA; or Lenexa, KS.
