About the Role: Account Executive at Rainforest QA

Rainforest QA, an AI-powered test automation platform backed by Y Combinator with over $50M raised, is seeking a high-autonomy Account Executive to join their two-person sales team. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will play a pivotal role in Rainforest QA's expansion into the mid-market SaaS segment. This position offers a unique opportunity to own the full sales cycle, selling a technical product that leverages AI to replace traditional, brittle test suites.

  • Collaborate closely with the CEO and engineering team to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder buying committees and overcome technical challenges.

  • You possess a proven track record of successfully selling technical products specifically to engineering, IT, or DevOps personas within SaaS companies.
  • You embody a strong "Challenger" mindset, capable of constructively pushing back on prospects, reframing technical problems, and leading rigorous conversations.
  • You are a highly perseverant self-starter who thrives in unstructured environments and takes full ownership of your pipeline and outcomes.
