In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring excellent service delivery and smooth customer interactions. Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer complaints and escalations professionally
- Manage day-to-day customer service operations for efficiency
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer concerns
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges per company policies
- Maintain and update customer information in the database
- Assist with training and development of staff
- Participate in meetings to share feedback and suggest improvements
- Coordinate monthly customer service management meetings
- Monitor cashiering, product handling, and till management
- Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and legal requirements
Requirements
Education & Experience: High School Diploma or Equivalent with proven experience in customer service or coordination, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Skills & Competencies: Excellent English communication, strong problem solving and organizational skills, effective independent and team work, and a customer-focused approach.
Desirable Qualifications: Comfortable using Google Suite.
Working Conditions and Physical Demands
- Constant standing, use of hands, reaching, and communicating
- Frequent walking
- Occasional stooping, kneeling or crouching
- Occasional heavy lifting up to 25 pounds
- Fast paced, multi faceted environment with potential overtime
Availability & Benefits
Must be available for early morning shifts starting between 5:30am - 8am.
