Job Summary

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring excellent service delivery and smooth customer interactions. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and a passion for problem solving. Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer complaints and escalations professionally
  • Manage day-to-day customer service operations for efficiency
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer concerns
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges per company policies
  • Maintain and update customer information in the database
  • Assist with training and development of staff
  • Participate in meetings to share feedback and suggest improvements
  • Coordinate monthly customer service management meetings
  • Monitor cashiering, product handling, and till management
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and legal requirements

Requirements

Education & Experience: High School Diploma or Equivalent with proven experience in customer service or coordination, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

Skills & Competencies: Excellent English communication, strong problem solving and organizational skills, effective independent and team work, and a customer-focused approach.

Desirable Qualifications: Comfortable using Google Suite.

Working Conditions and Physical Demands

  • Constant standing, use of hands, reaching, and communicating
  • Frequent walking
  • Occasional stooping, kneeling or crouching
  • Occasional heavy lifting up to 25 pounds
  • Fast paced, multi faceted environment with potential overtime

Availability & Benefits

Must be available for early morning shifts starting between 5:30am - 8am.
