About the Role

Join MyTutor, part of the IXL Learning family, as an Educational Sales Consultant. You will support parents in finding the right tutor for their child through outbound calls, emails, WhatsApp, SMS, and live chat.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact warm leads and guide them from sign-up to paying customers.
  • Cross-sell products to maximize customer value.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships with excellent communication.
  • Provide feedback on customer trends to Product and Consumer Marketing teams.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets.

What We’re Looking For

A bachelor’s degree, previous sales target experience, and excellent communication skills. You must be comfortable with outbound calling and handling diverse customer inquiries. Flexibility in working weekday and occasional weekend shifts, along with experience using tools like Google Workspace and CRM software, is preferred.

Work Schedule & Location

This role is based in the London office on Old Street with an option to work from home one day per week. Shifts vary and may include early, day, late, and weekend shifts.
