About the Role

This Client Support Specialist role provides phone and web based support to clients. The candidate must have an IT qualification, basic HTML and CSS skills, and proven 5* customer service skills. This hybrid role requires a self-equipped workstation with a PC and robust internet from home, plus weekly meetings at our Westville office. This is a 3-month fixed term contract.

Core Responsibilities

  • Provide phone and web based support to clients.
  • Proactively contact assigned clients to build relationships.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to websites, stock, leads and products.
  • Update and edit web content ensuring accuracy and relevance.
  • Assist in building and updating websites.
  • Manage Jivo Chat and phone communications.
  • Perform traffic controlling and task management.
  • Attend emails, provide training on in-house systems and support Smart Manager App.
  • Handle administrative tasks including system updates and logging activities.
  • Load OEM Banners and client Specials monthly.
  • Update member profiles and blog content.
  • Collaborate with teams for proactive website content updates.

General Duties

  • Assist the Team Supervisor with ad hoc requirements and process streamlining.
  • Manage time effectively with daily time sheet updates.
  • Focus on high-quality customer service and client satisfaction.
  • Provide daily 15:30 feedback sessions with clients and internal teams.

Requirements

  • Gr.12/School leaving certificate minimum.
  • Information Technology qualification is essential.
  • Basic HTML and CSS skills.
  • Strong IT capabilities and exceptional customer service skills.
  • Telesales experience is a bonus.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English.
  • High attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and teamwork.
  • Ability to multi-task, manage stress, and solve problems effectively.
