The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity for an Integration Lead within the Professional Services department. Reporting to the Director, Professional Services, you will serve as the first point of contact for technical integration between Ivalua products and customers' ERP and other systems. Be part of the new generation of procurement technology products.

What You Will Do with Us

  • Collaborate with project managers and clients to integrate Ivalua with customer systems.
  • Act as the technical lead to support project integration efforts.
  • Assist clients with sample code, configuration, debugging integration code, and test case preparation.
  • Develop subject matter expertise on Ivalua's technology and products.
  • Communicate customer requests for product enhancements to the Product team.
  • Ensure cross-departmental cooperation for world-class support.

Your Profile

Minimum 7 years’ experience in web-based software development and deployment. Strong skills in SQL Server, SFTP, FTPS, AS2, API usage, CSV, XML, and web-based technologies. Hands-on experience with SOAP and REST APIs, enterprise hardware/software, and integration methodologies. A BE/BTech or Masters in Computer Engineering or related field is required; procurement domain is a plus. Excellent communication skills and a problem-solver mindset are essential. Some travel (~20%) may be required.
