About IU International University of Applied Sciences
Join our mission to make education accessible to everyone! Strengthen our Marketing Team at IU Academy immediately in full-time as Head of Performance and Growth Marketing (m/w/d) at one of our locations in Germany or remotely.
You will assume strategic and operational overall responsibility for our marketing channels across the entire funnel. The goal is an integrated, data-driven management of Paid, Owned, and Earned channels with a clear focus on growth, efficiency, and quality. Furthermore, you will lead an interdisciplinary team of experts in areas such as SEA, Paid Social, SEO/LLM, Marketing Intelligence, Partnerships, and Platform Management, and continuously develop them.
Your Responsibilities
- Overall responsibility for the performance of all marketing channels, including budget control and goal achievement.
- Development and implementation of a cross-channel growth strategy.
- Steering and prioritization along the funnel from upper funnel to conversion.
- Establishment of a clear operating model for testing, scaling, and channel integration.
- Close collaboration with Product, Sales, and Tech to optimize lead quality and conversion.
- Building excellent reporting including clear KPI systems and decision logic.
- Leading, coaching, and developing a highly specialized team.
Your Profile
- Several years of experience in a leadership role in Performance or Growth Marketing.
- Demonstrable success in the scalable management of multiple marketing channels.
- Strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of KPI systems, attribution models, and incrementality.
- Experience in leading interdisciplinary teams.
- Ability to reduce complexity and set clear priorities.
- Entrepreneurial thinking combined with operational implementation strength.
