Your Role as a Dozent Marketing Customer Relationship Management CRM

We are expanding our academic community at our Magdeburg campus and seeking a freelance Dozent (Lecturer) on an honorary basis for our Dual Study program. This engagement comprises 48 teaching units, starting April 1, 2025.

What You Will Do

  • Deliver scientifically sound knowledge with a strong practical focus, covering topics like customer lifecycle, customer loyalty, CRM strategies, and customer value analysis.
  • Independently prepare and conduct courses based on the module handbook.
  • Create and grade examinations, ensuring they align with module objectives.
  • Provide individualized support to dual students, helping them connect theory with practice and fostering their personal and professional development.

What You Bring

  • A completed university degree in Marketing Management, Communication Sciences, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrable practical professional experience in the subject area to be taught.
  • Prior experience in academic teaching (e.g., as a tutor, lecturer, teaching assistant, or research associate) is a plus.
  • Strong interest in innovative, digital, and modern education, coupled with a passion for working with students.
  • German language proficiency at C1 level of the Common European Framework of Reference.
