You will join the Payments, Cards & Cash domain of one of the most innovative banks in the Netherlands. This is a technology-driven environment where you translate business needs into structured solutions, working closely with architects, developers and business stakeholders across an international team.
What you will do
- Analyze business and IT requirements to determine functional and non-functional impact.
- Translate business needs into epics, features and user stories.
- Collaborate with architects and developers to define optimal technical solutions.
- Identify and manage dependencies across teams and domains with an end-to-end perspective.
- Support feature definition, estimation and roadmap development with cross-functional teams.
- Analyze current processes, identify root causes and propose improvements.
Who we are looking for
- 6 - 8 years of experience as an IT or Business Analyst in complex environments.
- Proven experience in the banking payments domain, such as SEPA, instant payments, or card processing.
- Strong requirements engineering skills, translating needs into clear designs and user stories.
- Hands-on IT knowledge including APIs, microservices architectures, and databases.
- Experience working in Agile or SAFe environments with distributed teams.
- Available to work in the Netherlands.
