About the Job
ITS Services, an entity of ITS Group, specializes in Infrastructure & Operations for On Premise, Cloud, DevOps, and Cybersecurity services. As a Nutanix Expert at our Lyon agency, you will work on strategic environments, ensuring the stability, performance, and security of a major client's infrastructures. You will be a central player in virtualization, contributing to service continuity while participating in major technical evolutions within the client's scope.
- Design, deploy, and maintain Nutanix infrastructures.
- Ensure the performance of virtualized environments and service continuity.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects and architectural evolutions.
- Manage operations, troubleshoot, and resolve complex incidents.
- Liaise with the editor for escalations and optimizations.
- Document procedures, capitalize on best practices, and contribute to the industrialization of operations.
- Collaborate with systems and infrastructure teams in a demanding technical context.

About You:
You are an Infrastructure and Virtualization Engineer with experience in designing and deploying Nutanix environments. You have a strong command of virtualization environments (Nutanix, VMware, vCenter) and experience in system administration (Linux/Windows). You can handle critical incidents and operate on sensitive infrastructures and are comfortable collaborating with multidisciplinary technical teams. Mobility is required in and around Lyon.
