Scope of Role

The Head of Brand & Content will lead ITRS's brand evolution, establishing the company as a thought leader in the observability space. Reporting to the CMO, you will build an executive media machine, develop world-class content and expertise, and create systematic programs to engage target audiences throughout their buyer journey.

  • Build comprehensive brand repositioning from IT monitoring vendor to modern observability leader
  • Lead visual identity evolution and digital presence consolidation
  • Position ITRS executives as industry voices on observability and compliance
  • Develop unified narrative and content frameworks across value streams
  • Manage an integrated content team including content managers, brand strategists, and visual designers
  • Create a balanced content strategy for demand creation and capture

Requirements

10+ years of B2B marketing experience with 5+ years in brand or content leadership roles, with a track record of successful brand transformations and enterprise technology content marketing. Experience with Financial Services or regulated industries is required.
