Your Role as a Graduate, CRM

As a Graduate, CRM, you will be part of a young and dynamic CRM team consisting of over 20 employees across Jutland and Copenhagen. itm8 is looking for three graduates for this role: two located in Nordhavn, Copenhagen, and one in Viby, Aarhus. As part of the program, you will also participate in activities across Danish locations.

You will work with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (Customer Engagement – Sales, Service, and Marketing), developing technical skills and business understanding while contributing to high-class CRM solutions for customers. The role begins with an introduction to CRM systems and functionalities, gradually moving to client responsibilities and tasks ranging from analysis and design to development, testing, and implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in design and implementation of solutions in Microsoft Dynamics CE, including technical integrations with other systems.
• Configuration of solutions.
• Customize new and existing CRM solutions.
• Perform data modeling tasks, understanding customer requirements and designing data models.
• Facilitating and conducting workshops with customers.

What itm8 is Looking For

itm8 seeks a candidate who has completed a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT (e.g., Computer Science or Data Science) within the past year, preferably with relevant student job experience in CRM, programming, or development. Ambition, energy, and a belief in collaboration are key. You should thrive with responsibility and want to create value together.

Additionally, qualifications include:

• Programming experience in C#, JavaScript, or other languages (academic or part-time job).
• An outgoing personality, willing to engage with customers and build strong relations.
• Strong technical aptitude in programming and data modeling, with a customer-focused mindset.
• Solid communication skills and eagerness to develop into a self-driven consultant.
• Professional communication in Danish and English, both verbally and in writing.
