How You Will Make a Difference as a Solutions Consultant
The Solutions Consulting team at Iterable comprises motivated, tech-savvy communicators and team players who significantly impact the entire organization. This pre-sales role bridges Sales, Product, Engineering, and Marketing, positioning you as both a product expert and a thought leader driving the future of the Iterable platform.
You will continuously learn and apply a broad range of skills, collaborating with diverse internal and external teams. Your role involves guiding marketers, tech teams, product managers, and C-level executives to unlock the full value of the Iterable platform. You'll hone your sales and technical presentation skills daily by understanding prospects' goals, crafting tailored solutions, and providing valuable feedback. You will demonstrate the Iterable platform's power and value through creative brainstorming, critical thinking, and problem-solving. Beyond sales presentations, you'll tackle various situations, including internal education and technical projects.

What You'll Get To Do:
- Collaborate with Enterprise Account Executives to assess prospect challenges, devise critical solutions, and strategize presentations.
- Generate excitement for the Iterable platform by delivering compelling, tailored technical demonstrations to diverse audiences.
- Investigate prospects' technical landscapes to recommend seamless integration strategies.
- Support prospects from initial scoping through successful handoff to the Professional Services team.
- Play a crucial role in closing significant SaaS enterprise deals.
- Liaise with internal teams to deliver new features and drive platform adoption.
- Continuously invest in your career through professional development opportunities aligned with organizational growth.
- Have opportunities for on-site visits with prospects when necessary.
What We Are Looking For:
- 2+ years in a similar presales role, preferably within SaaS and/or MarTech.
- Technically curious and self-motivated – passionate about learning.
- Strong understanding and knowledge in any of the following areas, particularly in the Martech ecosystem: Mobile Integration/SDKs, APIs, Data Flow/Integrations, MarTech Stack Ecosystem.
- Demonstrable strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Team players who are willing to constantly iterate and drive results.
