Role Overview: Solutions Consultant
This pre-sales role sits at the intersection of Sales, Product, Engineering, and Marketing. As a Solutions Consultant, you will be a product expert and thought leader, guiding diverse audiences from marketers to C-level executives to unlock the full value of the Iterable platform.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Enterprise Account Executives to assess prospect challenges.
- Deliver compelling technical presentations and tailored demos.
- Investigate prospects’ technical landscapes and integration possibilities.
- Support prospects from initial scoping to handoff to Professional Services.
- Facilitate internal communication to drive feature adoption.
- Contribute to closing large SaaS enterprise deals.
- Invest in your own career growth through continual learning.
- Occasionally attend onsite meetings with prospects.
Requirements
- 2+ years in a presales role, preferably in SaaS or MarTech.
- Technically curious, self-motivated, and passionate about learning.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- In-depth understanding of Mobile Integration/SDKs, APIs, Data Flow, or MarTech Stack Ecosystem.
- Team player with a drive to iterate and drive results.
