Role Overview: Solutions Consultant

This pre-sales role sits at the intersection of Sales, Product, Engineering, and Marketing. As a Solutions Consultant, you will be a product expert and thought leader, guiding diverse audiences from marketers to C-level executives to unlock the full value of the Iterable platform.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Enterprise Account Executives to assess prospect challenges.
  • Deliver compelling technical presentations and tailored demos.
  • Investigate prospects’ technical landscapes and integration possibilities.
  • Support prospects from initial scoping to handoff to Professional Services.
  • Facilitate internal communication to drive feature adoption.
  • Contribute to closing large SaaS enterprise deals.
  • Invest in your own career growth through continual learning.
  • Occasionally attend onsite meetings with prospects.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in a presales role, preferably in SaaS or MarTech.
  • Technically curious, self-motivated, and passionate about learning.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • In-depth understanding of Mobile Integration/SDKs, APIs, Data Flow, or MarTech Stack Ecosystem.
  • Team player with a drive to iterate and drive results.
