Role Overview
The Senior Solutions Consultant role is a pre-sales position at the intersection of Sales, Product, Engineering, and Marketing. You will be a product expert and thought leader driving the future of the Iterable platform by guiding prospects and internal teams to unlock its full potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Enterprise Account Executives to assess prospect challenges.
- Deliver compelling technical demonstrations and presentations.
- Investigate prospects' technical landscapes and recommend integrations.
- Support prospects from scoping through handoff to Professional Services.
- Provide feedback to internal teams to drive new features and platform adoption.
- Engage in internal education and technical projects beyond sales demos.
Qualifications
- 2+ years in a similar pre-sales role, preferably SaaS/MarTech.
- Technically curious and self-motivated with a passion for learning.
- Strong understanding in areas such as Mobile Integration, APIs, Data Flow, and MarTech ecosystems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to work within a team and iterate for results.
