About the Role
As the Accounting Manager, you will optimize accounting operations, support scalability, and drive impactful change at a fast-growing company. This highly visible role partners with Operations, Procurement, Legal, FP&A and other stakeholders. You will lead the daily workflow of the GL team as an individual contributor with team lead responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- GL Operations: Oversee month-end close, account reconciliations, vendor management, and AP in Coupa.
- Treasury / Banking: Manage disbursements, prepare cash forecasts, monitor LOC covenants, and liaise with banking partners.
- Project Work: Lead process transformation, automation initiatives and cross-functional projects including T&E coordination.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA preferred and Big 4 experience highly valued.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, GL operations, and experience with NetSuite.
- Excellent analytical, written, verbal, and project management skills.
- A collaborative, self-starting attitude with keen attention to detail.
