Mobility Engineer
ITC Federal is seeking a Mobility Engineer with extensive experience in mobile application development and CI/CD pipelines to support mobile app engineering and enterprise mobile device management (MDM) operations within a secure, mission-driven environment. This role is crucial for the development, build, testing, and distribution of both internal and public-facing iOS and Android mobile applications. Additionally, it involves Microsoft Intune administration, developer environment support, device lifecycle management, compliance enforcement, and secure access configuration across enterprise mobility platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development of internal and public-facing iOS and Android mobile applications.
- Manage app builds, metadata, and developer access, including certificates, identifiers, provisioning profiles, and devices.
- Oversee developer services and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated mobile app builds, testing, and distribution.
- Provide support for developer environments on Apple Mac devices.
- Administer Intune MDM policies, configurations, and packaging of developer resources.
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and documentation for development environments.
- Evaluate, design, test, implement, and maintain software, configurations, and policies for Intune MDM and Mobile Application Management (MAM).
- Implement and maintain DEV enrollment profiles and policies for Apple Business Manager (ABM) and Intune MDM.
- Conduct testing and integration of new applications, security policies, configurations, and settings for the ICE mobile environment.
- Manage and secure mobile devices using certificate-based authentication for access to ICE enterprise resources.
- Assist in the creation and improvement of support documentation.
- Monitor device health, compliance, and security posture, and troubleshoot mobility-related issues.
- Provide Tier II/III mobility support for end-users.
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience developing, building, testing, and distributing iOS and Android mobile applications.
- Proven experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for mobile application workflows.
- Proficiency in managing app builds, metadata, certificates, identifiers, provisioning profiles, and developer access (e.g., Apple Developer Program, Apple Business Manager, Google Play).
- Extensive experience administering Microsoft Intune (MDM/MAM) in an enterprise setting.
- Experience supporting developer environments on Apple Mac devices, including Intune policies and configurations.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and O365 integration.
- Experience managing user groups, access policies, and conditional access controls.
- Proficiency in enrolling and securing mobile devices using certificate-based authentication.
- Demonstrated troubleshooting skills in mobile device management and secure access.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DHS Public Trust clearance.
