Business Development Manager

Itay&Beyond is a fast-growing neurotechnology company developing a patient-derived brain-on-a-chip platform that predicts drug efficacy for neurological and psychiatric disorders. Our unique technology combines human brain organoids, multi-electrode array electrophysiology, and AI analytics to help pharma companies, hospitals, and research institutes evaluate drug candidates.

Position Overview: We are seeking a driven, results-oriented Business Development & Sales Manager who excels at reaching decision-makers, closing deals, and exceeding targets within biotech, pharma, or life sciences sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and close partnerships with pharma, biotech, hospitals, and research institutions.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Meet and exceed ambitious sales and revenue targets.
  • Represent Itay&Beyond at conferences, investor events, and global meetings.
  • Collaborate closely with scientific and executive teams to tailor client solutions.
