Italic is a luxury brand delivering high-quality goods directly to consumers by bypassing the legacy luxury supply chain. The Email Marketing Assistant role is designed for a detail-oriented individual who will prepare and stage marketing emails while working closely with the COO.

Responsibilities

  • Stage marketing emails using provided copy and assets
  • Ensure emails are correctly formatted, QA’d, and review-ready
  • Upload content, segment audiences, and schedule sends using email platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, SendGrid)
  • Check links, formatting, and responsive layouts before final approval
  • Maintain organized records of campaigns and send schedules

Requirements

  • Experience with email marketing tools (basic Klaviyo required)
  • Basic HTML knowledge for email formatting and edits
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to catch design issues
  • Reliable internet connection and consistent availability
  • Good English communication skills
  • Able to follow clear instructions and meet tight deadlines

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with Figma
