Job Description
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Modern Workplace Consultant to assist our clients in designing, deploying, and evolving Microsoft 365 collaborative solutions (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Intune, Copilot, etc.), while actively participating in the digital transformation of work environments. The consultant will be involved in migration, governance, security, and M365 usage adoption projects, with a progressive specialization in one or two technical areas.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the implementation of Modern Workplace projects focused on M365: migration Exchange OnPrem to Online, Intune/Autopilot deployment, Teams/SharePoint governance, Teams telephony, M365 tenant management.
- Ensure the quality, performance, and security of delivered solutions.
- Monitor performance indicators and contribute to client satisfaction.
- Actively monitor new developments in M365, Copilot, AI, automation, and security (EDR/XDR, Zero Trust, DLP).
- Propose improvements and innovative solutions tailored to client needs.
- Support clients in adopting new M365 usage and digital transformation.
- Propose tailor-made solutions adapted to business needs and organizational evolution.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams on M365, security, cloud, and AI topics.
- Participate in workshops, sharing sessions, and communities of practice around the Modern Workplace.
Technical and Functional Skills
- Mastery of Microsoft 365 solutions (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, tenant administration).
- Knowledge of Modern Management (Intune, Autopilot, mobile device management).
- Skills in M365 migration (Exchange OnPrem to Online, tenant-to-tenant).
- Knowledge of M365 governance (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Purview, DLP).
- Understanding of M365 security (Entra ID, Conditional Access, Defender for Office 365, Zero Trust).
- Appreciated skills: M365 Copilot, Power Platform, Teams telephony.

Qualifications
- Significant experience (2-5 years) in Microsoft 365 and Modern Workplace projects.

- Appreciated certifications: MS-900, MS-102, MS-203, MD-102, Agile, ITIL.
- Fluent English (B2 minimum).
