Business Analyst Credit

Job Description

IT Link Group is seeking a Business Analyst Credit to join their team. You will work on diverse projects, both for professional and individual applications within the banking sector, collaborating directly with business teams. You will be integrated into IT Link but seconded to our client, working within a team of approximately 10 people.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, facilitate, and document business needs.
• Construct user stories.
• Independently handle project scoping with Product Owner support.
• Coordinate and communicate with business teams.
• Participate in the development of new requirements.
• Manage the application scope (maintenance, incidents, solutions).
• Maintain product documentation.
• Implement product configuration.
• Define, maintain, and execute the product test plan.
• Perform functional and non-regression testing (TNR).
• Draft business risk analyses.

Candidate Profile

This role is for you if:

• You have an Engineering degree or equivalent and a minimum of 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• You are proficient with JIRA and XRay (JIRA plugin) for test case creation and execution.
• You are autonomous, committed, and possess a strong sense of responsibility.
• You have excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
• You are perseverant, efficient, and proactive.
• You have prior experience in IT project management, including adhering to schedules, milestones, and requirements gathering.
• Previous experience in banking or insurance is a plus.

Additional Information

This is a permanent position (CDI) with IT Link France.

Salary: €45,000 - €55,000 negotiable based on profile and experience.

Remote work is possible 2 days per week.
