AI Engineer at ISPROX

At ISPROX, we are collaborating with a leading IT consulting company in Europe. We are looking for an AI Engineer with a solid engineering background and practical experience in applied AI (ML/GenAI), who enjoys bringing ideas to production.

What Kind of Projects You Will Find

• AI/ML and GenAI solutions focused on real impact (automation, assistants, advanced analytics, personalization…).
• Implementations with agents (highly valued): orchestration, tools, memory/state, multi-agent flows, etc. (LangChain, CrewAI, or similar approaches).
• Integration with data platforms and backend services (APIs), with a focus on reliability and scalability.

Your Day-to-Day (Summary)

• Development in Python and building productive components (not just notebooks).
• Data preparation, training/validation when applicable, and deployment/operation.
• Good engineering practices: testing, version control, CI/CD, documentation, and working with multidisciplinary teams.
• Participation in technical definition and improvements of CoE assets.

Stack:

• Experience in developing AI solutions in real environments.
• Python + fundamentals of ML/DS and/or GenAI.
• Knowledge of cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) is valued.
• High level of English (minimum B2).
