About Software Engineer (Reliability Engineering)
Isomorphic Labs is applying frontier AI for drug discovery and curing diseases. As part of an interdisciplinary team, you will contribute to scaling and reliability improvements of our model training and software infrastructure.
Your Impact
You will help ensure reliable model training runs, scale models, and develop key tools and processes for efficient software development and operations.
What You Will Do
- Improve reliability for training runs.
- Build and operate development and operational tools.
- Manage research, development, and production cloud infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across science, research, product, and operations.
- Contribute to core technical decisions regarding tooling and architecture.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential: Experience with Google Cloud Platform or similar, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD, monitoring/alerting systems (Grafana/Prometheus/Splunk), Shell Scripting, and Python. Familiarity with modern SRE lifecycle and building secure/scalable platforms.
Nice to have: Experience in ML operations, production system deployment on GCP, risk mitigation for security and performance, MLOps frameworks, biology/chemistry fundamentals, and pharma/biotech experience.
