AI Solution Architect

About the Role

The AI Solution Architect at iSoftStone will contribute to external visibility and thought leadership. This role involves authoring technical guidance and reference architectures, delivering presentations, and sharing practical insights from real delivery experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to iSoftStone’s external viewpoint on AI and agentic systems.
• Author or co-author technical guidance, case studies, and reference architectures.
• Support Microsoft-aligned events and initiatives.
• Design, build, and deploy production AI solutions on Azure.
• Engage with both technical teams and senior stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For

Candidates should have 7+ years of experience in solution or platform architecture, particularly in building agentic AI solutions using Azure AI Foundry. Must possess deep expertise in the Microsoft Azure ecosystem, including identity, security, and enterprise platform services. Proficiency in Python, C#, or TypeScript is required along with demonstrated ability to deliver production-grade AI solutions from design to scale.

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft certifications such as Azure AI Engineer Associate or Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
• Experience in regulated or large-scale enterprise environments.
• Background in building internal platforms or accelerators.
• Interest in publishing, mentoring, and community knowledge sharing.

Engagement Details

This is a Contract-to-Perm engagement available on both full-time and part-time bases. The role is remote, with a preference for US time-zone overlap. Compensation for contract roles is estimated between $80 and $120 per hour. Regular full-time employees receive benefits such as medical, dental, vision, 401k, and more.
