ISN Corp is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Program Manager to oversee, manage, and support the seizure and or forfeiture of real estate property for a government agency. The Program Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for all program-related activities as it pertains to pre-seizure property analysis (title, appraisal, and net equity), custody of seized/forfeited property, legal and title clearing services, disposition of property, and working in a cloud-based system of record for all property data, analysis, and reporting. As the Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of personnel, risk management, cost control, quality assurance, and overall responsibility for contract performance.Qualifications:
- 10 years of nationwide property management experience overseeing property management, inspections, vendor recruitment, onboarding, and scorecards.
- Work well with government personnel to coordinate seizure of properties.
- Have excellent written and verbal communication with vendors, government personnel, and internal management.
- Previously worked on a federal government contract managing real estate properties and federal government agency contract management.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a field relative to this work.
