Overview

The Sales Administrator supports the hotel’s sales team by managing administrative tasks, coordinating client communications, and ensuring smooth operations within the sales department according to Island Hospitality Management and Brand Standards.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or in person
  • Assist in coordinating group bookings and event logistics
  • Engage with community and government affairs for effective marketing
  • Drive outside sales calls and maintain key accounts
  • Prepare required reports and maintain vendor/client information
  • Collaborate with Front Office Team on group details and corporate directives
