Online Marketing Specialist at ISG International Service Group

Your Profile (Must-have):
- Completed education in Marketing, Communication, Media, or similar.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Social Media/Online Marketing with a focus on Performance Marketing.
- Practical experience with Meta Business Manager (Campaigns/Ads) and Google Ads.
- Website/CMS know-how and willingness to input content.
- Analytical understanding and routine in interpreting KPIs.
- Very good German and good English language skills.
Your Profile (Nice-to-have):
- Experience with Canva and/or Adobe (PS/AI/PR) for simple creatives.
- Experience with Tracking/Analytics (e.g., GA4, Pixel/Conversion-Events) – depending on the setup.
- E-commerce or Brand experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Management and further development of social media channels (editorial planning, posting, community logic).
- Planning, implementation, and ongoing optimization of performance campaigns via Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Analysis of reach, engagement, and performance metrics (e.g., CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) including deriving concrete measures.
- Maintenance and updating of content and product pages in the webshop/CMS (texts, images, basic SEO as per guidelines).
- Development and implementation of creative content ideas (static, video/shorts, story formats).
- Interface to external partners and potentially agencies (briefings, coordination, quality control).
