Position Overview
This role is key in designing and developing WalkMe content and customizing solutions to meet client needs. You will be responsible for developing digital adoption content, training modules, and quick reference guides, using best practices in instructional design and client communications.
Responsibilities
- Recommend best practices for using the WalkMe Digital Adoption Platform.
- Develop technology adoption content for client engagements.
- Apply time and project management for timely deliverables.
- Create training solutions like DAP content, eLearning courses, and guides.
- Ensure quality standards and meet client expectations.
- Maintain effective communication with team and client stakeholders.
- Identify issues and escalate with recommended solutions.
Required Skillsets
Candidates must have 3+ years of experience in designing and developing WalkMe content, proficiency in instructional design methodologies (such as ADDIE or SAM), and client-facing consulting experience. Familiarity with eLearning development tools like Articulate Storyline is highly preferred.
Education & Certifications
A relevant Bachelor's degree along with project management experience is required. WalkMe DAP Delivery Consultant Certification is a plus.
