Position Overview
The ideal candidate will join the learning and development consulting team to design and develop cutting-edge training solutions. This includes Instructor-Led Training, self-paced eLearning, and system training simulations using rapid training development tools, with a strong preference for SAP Enable Now. Responsibilities
- Lead a team of training developers, providing guidance and ensuring project deliverables meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Develop a comprehensive range of training materials for enterprise systems, including e-learning modules, presentations, simulations, and reference guides.
- Utilize industry-leading tools like SAP Enable Now, WalkMe, and Articulate Storyline to create innovative training materials in a fast-paced environment.
