Overview

ISG is seeking a dynamic Lead WalkMe Training Developer to join our Training as a Service consulting team. In this client-facing leadership role, you will manage teams, design training solutions, and provide strategic guidance to enterprise clients. Enjoy autonomy, collaborative support, and the opportunity to work on digital adoption platform implementations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor Instructional Designers and WalkMe Content Developers.
  • Conduct Learning Needs Analysis and design advanced training strategies.
  • Deliver in-person and virtual training sessions for diverse audiences.
  • Design and develop integrated WalkMe solutions and automation measures.
  • Provide high-level technical consulting and thought leadership.

Technical Skills & Tools

  • Expertise in WalkMe Platform
  • Experience with SAP Enable Now integration
  • Familiarity with ClickUp, Jira, and LMS systems
  • Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools and technical documentation
  • Ability to manage analytics and metrics dashboards

Education & Certifications

Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Information Technology, or related field required. WalkMe DAP Delivery Consultant and other training technology certifications are desirable.
