Development Services Coordinator

Essential Duties
- Conduct project due diligence, research entitlement activities, and compile relevant data.
- Develop strategies to secure necessary project approvals and prepare detailed review packages.
- Coordinate pre-application conferences and serve as a liaison with permitting agencies.
- Maintain accurate records and monitor permit-related tasks.
- Support client meetings, public engagement efforts, and business development opportunities.
Qualifications
- Detail-oriented with strong investigative skills and proven project management experience.
- Solid understanding of planning, zoning ordinances, and land development procedures.
- Experience with public engagement, permitting applications, and quality assurance reviews.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, OneNote, BlueBeam, and ESRI ArcGIS.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
